Choreography - 1 Soprano - 0

5 out of 5

I LOVED Red Death. I saw it on July 18th. Overall production quality was good - the theme was clear and all technical aspects stuck to the theme.

I LOVED the music! I couldn't understand all of the words - about 80% but who cares when Nathan is singing - I'm in awe. I didn't love the soprano's voice - way too much vibrato. The interesting thing is Nathan was a little stiff as an actor but the soprano was an excellent actress - so it evened out.

The choregraphy was my favorite part - wonderful, wonderful movement that told the story.

Loved the idea of the show - the artistic license taken with the original story - just a phenomenal and disturbing piece - in fact I still have the ending image in my head of....well I wouldn't ruin the ending for you, would I? Go see it!
