Wrong Chords

I had high expectations for this Fringe offering. I had read the promo literature; I have a healthy appreciation for the errant and the avant garde. But when you strip away the character and plot, when you do away with story-telling altogether, as the program notes explained were intentional choices, nothing happens and the reality is it's b-o-r-i-n-g. I hung in there, hopeful, but in the end, felt as though the two performers were just masturbating with their craft. Maybe it was good for them, but I got no pleasure out of it.
